Please read through these Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) before placing an order!

Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped using Singpost from Singapore. Please opt for tracked shipping as we are not responsible for any lost mails.

Order Processing Time
1-2 working days after payment is confirmed

Delivery Times
Singapore: 1-3 working days from the date we ship

International: 16-24 working days from the date we ship

Shipping Fees
Below is a summarised table of the shipping fees (in SGD) involved. As shipping fees varies according to country and total items purchased, please cart out to find out the actual shipping fees involved.

If your cart consist of both flat items and other items, please choose "Consolidated Shipping" for flat items to avoid paying extra for shipping.

Regarding Shipping to US
At the moment, we can only ship to US via letter mail (no declared value) to avoid the hefty tax and shipping fees. As such, only flat items such as die cut stickers and art prints can be shipped to US.

Orders with too many items will likely be cancelled and refunded as it would be too thick to pass off as letter mail. We recommend splitting up your orders in this case.

Please note that we are unable to refund nor replace your order if the mail does not reach you. In the case that the mail is returned back to us, we will refund you the amount you paid, minus shipping fee. Please only order if you are comfortable with this as we are also trying our best to navigate the situation!

Exchange Information
Please note that all goods sold are non-refundable/exchangeable. 

We are also not responsible for items damaged during shipping or lost mails as these are beyond our control. Please opt for tracked shipping whenever possible and we will do our best to ensure that your items are well packaged and protected before dropping them off for shipping.
